I will be spending Thanksgiving and Christmas in the Sandia/Eubank area. Elder Smith is going to Haines East, we believe. My trainer, Elder Besler, returned home this week and I am getting a newbie, just as you are in Hudson.
It's been busy and I have a feeling it's only going to get busier.
The baptism didn't happen this week. Our investigator backed out saying she still has questions, but we haven't given up on her.
The retainer is working fine. The pain is lessening, but I still wake up with my teeth sore, but that's ok.
On Friday the rim on my bike split on me so I had to get a whole new wheel and tire.
Since I am staying in this area for the next month my thermals and my boots would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
Phone calls are coming up, as our mission president reminded us. We can't make calls on the cell phones so we are going to use either a member's phone or the church's phone. I can call you and you can call me back if you want or I think I have enough on the phone cards to cover it.
