09-22-09

we went to the temple yesterday and it was amazing. It felt so good to go after not being able to go for so long. Yesterday we went to work after we returned from the temple and so today is P-Day.
Our Stake Conference is two weeks after General Conference, just like Albany Stake's.

Elder Tuttle is from Riverton, Utah.

The apartment is a decent size. comparable to Cotez and bigger than all my other apartments. still with 4 elders in it I can see it being crammed. When I got here I didn't really miss the black ceiling in the last apartment much at first because we had black mold in the shower. But I did a good cleaning and it's back to white, lol. I had to use bleach and everything else, it was amazing.
I definitely have to keep my nose clean living so close to the Mission Home, especially when President Anderson stops by to do weekly planning with us which was great! I got to ask some questions that I was wondering about.
It is about a 20 to 15 min drive from our apartment to the Haines' Chapel. Things are kind of weird with the buildings here.

Our week went well. Really slow, unfortunately. No one wanted to talk to us on the doorstep or otherwise. we have a baptismal date for the boys on the 10th of October but I'm not sure if that's going to last. They canceled on us last week for unexplained reasons and then didn't come to church. Their mother is a member but father is not.
